Resume Banger — Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated · 2026-06-18

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may create with Resume Banger (the "Service"). It supplements, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

The Service turns text you provide into a short rap audio/video clip. To keep it safe, every prompt is screened by an automated content-moderation system before any generation runs — prompts that violate this AUP are blocked and never reach a generation model, and we may suspend or terminate access for attempts to generate prohibited content.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, request, or attempt to generate content that:

  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive, or that depicts, sexualises, or endangers a minor in any way;
  • is hateful, harassing, or defamatory, or that threatens, incites, or glorifies violence against any person or group;
  • is unlawful, or that promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal acts (including the sale of illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances);
  • impersonates a real person without their consent, including face-swap, voice-clone, or "deepfake" depictions, or is intended to deceive (fraud, scams, or disinformation);
  • infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
  • contains malware, or is designed to compromise the security or integrity of any system;
  • is unsolicited bulk content, spam, or political campaigning or mass-marketing material.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We may refuse or remove any content we reasonably consider harmful, abusive, or a legal or reputational risk.

2. Moderation and enforcement

Every prompt submitted to the Service is screened by an automated Content Moderation API before generation. A prompt that is denied or flagged is blocked and is not sent to any lyric, voice, or music/video model.

We may also review or test the content the Service produces as part of ongoing safety monitoring. Breaching this AUP may result in the immediate blocking of a request, and the suspension or termination of your access, without notice. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Reporting misuse

If you believe content generated or shared through the Service violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. Include the share link or a description so we can locate and review it promptly.
